As CRR GLOBAL GCC Partners, we are well aware of the circumstances that are prevalent in our region and these reasons have also caused cancellation or postponement of our courses.

 

As a precautionary measure the March-April 2020 Courses and all of our other events have been tentatively postponed until June. We will continue to monitor the situation and reschedule our courses and events at an appropriate date.

What happens if a course is cancelled?
We will do our utmost to reschedule the course at the soonest and most convenient date for everyone. Refunds and rescheduling will be handled according to our company policies. Rescheduled dates will be available on our website. Please be in touch with us at info@berlotgroup.com for more information on refund and rescheduling processes.

 

When Can You Expect An Update On The Revised Course Dates ?
We will be revising the course dates of the cancelled courses as soon as we have a directive from the government of UAE. Once we have this update, courses will be confirmed by CRR Global and we will share these with you. We currently have tentative dates (see HERE) however these will not be confirmed until we receive a go ahead from the Government

 

Are There Any Options For Virtual Courses ?
Yes, we are working on getting the ORSC Fundamentals, and Intermediate Series Courses online within the next 2 months, however dates for these courses have not yet been confirmed

 

What additional support can I expect?
To ensure that our prospective participants feel supported and connected to us, we will be hosting regular ORSC Community Calls which we would like to invite you to. By joining these calls, you get to interact with the existing GCC ORSC Community and share learning and ideas and will gain insight into how our ORSCers use the tools out in the world.Please sign up for our ORSC Community Calls HERE

 

It is our wish that once you have attended each course in our curriculum, you feel confident in applying the tools techniques and skills that you have learnt. Following each course, we would like to offer you a group Mentor Call scheduled after each course. This is an opportunity for you to come and share your successes in working with the ORSC material, ask for advice, share spectacular failures and receive guidance. This is also an opportunity for you as a group to share ideas and learning. These mentor calls are scheduled 2 weeks after every course.
